8.1 Delivery Process
- Recharges are typically delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
- In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to operator processing times
- You will receive an email confirmation once the recharge is delivered
- SMS confirmation is sent by the mobile operator (not by us)
8.2 Delivery Failures
We are not liable for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect mobile number provided by you
- Mobile number not registered with the specified operator
- Operator system downtime or technical issues
- Suspended, blocked, or terminated mobile accounts
- Network congestion or connectivity issues
8.3 Operator Responsibilities
Once credit is successfully delivered to a mobile number, all further inquiries regarding usage, validity, terms, and conditions of the credit are subject to the mobile operator's policies. We are not responsible for:
